We offer services for mecanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical repair for drilling and workover rigs of UPET and other producers, repair and service of drive units, chain transmission, cardan transmission, clutch, drawworks, brakes systems, mecanical / hydraulic / electrical drive units, eqiupment for operating / lifting loads (travelling blocks, swivels, crownblock, etc), rotary tables, electrical equipment, safety systems, etc.
The drill rig services are provided in UPET specialzed production facilities, or at the beneficiary’s well or site.
During the inspection we do dismantling, blasting, NDT ( US, PT, MT ), repair and production of new spares, anticorrosive treatment ( phosphating, browning, priming, painting ), assembling and mounting, functioning testing, static load testing, dynamic load testing, etc.
The services are provided in UPET specialzed production facilities, or at the beneficiary’s well or site.
We do testing and check according international standards API, specifications Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C, as well as according standards and Directives of EU with applying CE conformity mark.
We offer services for designing the metal constructions, mecanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems using last generation softs – Auto CAD, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional.
We do technical calculations, technical files of the product, technical instructions for maintainance and operation, etc.
We do adjusting of assembling and connecting of equipment ( Topdrive, winch ( hydraulic, pneumatic, electric ), safety systems according international standards ), we offer technical support for drilling tools, auxiliay equipment.
