Oil And Gas Rig Manufacturer UPET - everything needed for your drilling operations
- Drilling rigs. Our drilling rigs are used for drilling oil and gas wells, geothermal wells, for deep water drilling, or salt deposits. UPET rigs are capable of drilling down to 6 kilometers depth, and the lifting capacity is up to 300 tons. Rigs are installed on chassis with 5-8 axles or semitrailers, we use conventional or electric engines. Our rigs are manufactured according to API specifications Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C, as well as according to EU standards and Directives with application of the CE conformity mark.
- Workover rigs. UPET workover rigs cover all maintenance and remedial operations on existing oil and gas wells, including well cleanout, repair or replacement of downhole equipment, inspecting well tubing and casing, etc. Our workover rigs TW line (TW 30, TW 50, TW 100, TW 125) are designed to ensure a minimum time for setting up the workover rig at the wellsite and demobilizing it after work. UPET workover units are installed on standard chassis and equipped with various equipment at the customer’s request. The lifting capacity of UPET workover units varies from 30 to 125 tons. UPET TD 200 1000 HP drilling rigs can be used in heavy workover operations.
- Drilling equipment. We manufacture various drilling equipment such as rotary tables (MRS and MRL models), traveling blocks (MC), swivels (CH), drawworks, mud pumps, auxiliary brakes, crownblocks, masts, substructures, bevel gears, hydraulic jacks, hydraulic mast elevators, and chain transmissions.
We also produce spare parts and consumables for drilling rigs – brake bands, brake discs, pneumatic clutches, hydraulic equipment, etc.
- Additional services. Thanks to our experience and certifications, UPET experts can provide technical revisions, repairs, rigs redesign and certification. We do all test and inspections processes according to API international standards, specifications Q1, 4F, 7K, 8C, as well as according to EU standards.
